 "Business Partners" – Shall refer to any individual, group of individuals defined under law with whom "ARVRAMON" or "ARVPL" Entities have a contractual relationship and not limited to Merchants, Advertisers, Deal partners, Financial institutions, switch interface partners.

• The documents which are provided by the user to avail "HOLIFIX" services shall be true & correct. The documents to prove your original identity may be verified when needed.

E. ARVRAMON Services
"ARVRAMON" and "ARVPL" Entities provide services to showcase your talent in the film and its allied industry, to provide assignment, to promote you talent, to build your career in various fields of media & entertainment industry. When you register with us you further agree and acknowledge the terms of use of ARFPL Services provided on "ARVRAMON" Platform.

F. ARVRAMON Account - "ARVRAMON" Account is the account that you create when you sign-up/register with in "HOLIFIX" website.

• This account allows you to access "ARVRAMON" Platform, browse through the "ARVPL" Service, make payment using debit card, credit cards or net banking collectively known as („Payment Gateway Services?) to avail specific "ARVPL" services on "ARVRAMON" Platform or on Participating Platforms.
• You would need to register by providing additional information in order to make payment via Unified Payment Interface ("UPI") and Pre-Paid Instruments ("PPI") services to make payments to buy tour service using these modes of payments.
• We do not store or share any payment information with any one and do not take any responsibility for any disruption or loss of funds or unsuccessful transaction while making payment to "HOLIFIX" or its entities.
